1. Acceptance
By accessing and using the Factor BI website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site and our services
The Site is informational. It presents Factor BI's services in business intelligence, executive dashboards on Amazon QuickSight, data integration and synchronization (Vansync), and our AI agent (BI Agent for QuickSight). Engaging any service is governed by a separate commercial agreement between Factor BI and the client; the Site's content is not a binding offer.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: (a) interfere with its operation or security; (b) scrape or extract data by automated means without authorization; (c) attempt to access non-public areas; or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
4. Demo dashboard accounts
The Site may display read-only demo account credentials to explore QuickSight dashboards. These accounts are for evaluation only, are provided "as is," and Factor BI may change or withdraw them at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual property
Factor BI's content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by Factor BI or used under license. Third-party trademarks referenced (Amazon QuickSight, Microsip, Aspel SAE, Intelisis, Soft Restaurant, Volante POS, POSitouch, among others) belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only. No license to these marks is granted by use of the Site.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site integrates third-party services, including the Google Workspace scheduling tool. Use of those services is also subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. Factor BI is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites or services.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Factor BI does not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor the accuracy or ongoing currency of the information published.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Factor BI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to any rights granted to the user by the laws of their country of residence.
